And I saw what appeared to be a sea of glass mingled with fire–and also those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name, standing beside the sea of glass with harps of God in their hands. And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, “Great and amazing are your deeds, O Lord God the Almighty! Just and true are your ways, O King of the nations! Moses and Jesus have a common song. You can join in with Jesus and Moses who praise their God or stand aloof!

Jesus while on earth had a God. When Jesus goes to heaven he still has the same God. Jesus’ God is YHWH Almighty! Let Jesus’ God be your God too!

Moses was the mediator of the first covenant and Jesus the mediator of the second covenant. The following table shows the similarity and difference between Moses and Jesus.

Why then the law? It was added because of transgressions, until the offspring should come to whom the promise had been made, and it was put in place through angels by an intermediary. Now an intermediary implies more than one, but God is one.(Galatians 3:19-20 ESV) Heb 12:24   and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant,
while I stood between the LORD and you at that time, to declare to you the word of the LORD. For you were afraid because of the fire, and you did not go up into the mountain. He said: (Deuteronomy 5:5 ESV) For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, (1 Timothy 2:5 ESV)
Finally both are titled GOD

If he called them gods to whom the word of God came–and Scripture cannot be broken– (John 10:35 ESV)
