100 Reasons why the Bible does not use the word Trinity: Reason 12 of 100 [Jesus’ teaching (Mathew’s gospel) centered around leading us closer to the Father and not away]

Mat 5:44  But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
Mat 5:45  so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.
Mat 5:48  You therefore must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

Jesus clearly pointed out to his listeners that God was their Father (not himself). The Father is Father and son is son. The son’s job was to teach about the Father and help people draw near to God. The doctrine of trinity with Jesus as the chief God teaches people to move away from the Father and become closer to the son. Unfortunately christians call those heretics who honour the Father as the Father and the Son as the son.
Jesus is showing us how we can get closer to God and how we aught to be eager to be recognized as sons of YHWH.

Mat 6:1  “Beware of practicing your righteousness before other people in order to be seen by them, for then you will have no reward from your Father who is in heaven.

Why is the Father is heaven? Jesus was on earth and was flesh and blood. God is immortal and is not flesh and blood. He declared God as his Father and our Father and that we should get closer to him and do his will. Jesus taught the Father is a rewarder and watches our every move.
Mat 6:8  Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.
Mat 6:9  Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.
Mat 6:10  Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Mat 6:11  Give us this day our daily bread,
Mat 6:12  and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
Mat 6:13  And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Jesus taught people to pray to the Father. Jesus himself prayed to his Father. Jesus assured us that the Father listens to prayers and knows our needs. Jesus is teaching us that the Father cares. Jesus is wanting you to have a relationship with the Father
Mat 6:30  But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

Jesus taught me that God clothes the grass. Jesus is teaching people that God will care for them. Jesus is eager to teach us about the Father. Christians have an incorrect image of the Father. They think he is cruel, hard and tough! That is really very sad, the very God who you ought to love you are unable to. You hide behind Jesus, Mary, saints etc.
Jesus’ focus of Jesus’ teaching was to lead us to the father.
Mat 7:10  Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent?
Mat 7:11  If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!
What did Jesus teach about his Father? That the Father is good and approachable. Ye Christians have made him unapproachable through Jesus, Mary, Saints and everything possible so you can avoid the Father. You make out that the Father is angry and out to get you but Jesus will protect you from God. What a terrible doctrine! Please see what Jesus is teaching about the Father – He is not teaching that he is a Ogre. It is YHWH who loved the world and sent his SON and not the other way around.
Jesus was a preacher/teacher about God. He taught people about God so he can bring us close to the Father. Why are you running away from the God Jesus worshipped and preached? The evil of Trinity is that it teaches you lot of negativity about the Father.
Worse! I have heard many Christians differentiate between the ‘Old testament God’ and ‘New testament God’ and of course the N.T. God is better! Just read the gospel of Mathew and see how Jesus is focused on teaching about the goodness of the Father and his ways.
An incomplete understanding of scriptures (O.T.) leads to a inconsistent understanding of a God who described himself thus:

Exodus 34: 5,6,7

And Yahweh descended in a cloud and stood with him there and pronounced the name Yahweh.

Then Yahweh passed before him and called out, ‘Yahweh, Yahweh, God of tenderness and compassion, slow to anger, rich in faithful love and constancy, maintaining his faithful love to thousands, forgiving fault, crime and sin, yet letting nothing go unchecked, and punishing the parent’s fault in the children and in the grandchildren to the third and fourth generation!’

Mat 10:32  So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven,
Mat 10:33  but whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven.

This shows the relationship between the Father and the son. . They are not crazy by dividing themselves into two parts and then speaking to each other as if they were different. Do you have a son, then ask him: is he you? Do you have a Father, Ask him: if he is you? Jesus taught us acknowledge God as the Father AND Jesus as his SON.
Mat 10:40  “Whoever receives you receives me, and whoever receives me receives him who sent me.

Clearly God sent Jesus. So IF Jesus is not received then people reject the one who sent Jesus also – Jesus’ God (YHWH). The Father and son are distinct. In like manner Jesus sent out the disciples and a rejection of the disciples implies rejection of God who sent the disciples through Jesus. Just as the disciples and Jesus are distinct so also the Father and son.
Mat 11:25  At that time Jesus declared, “I thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding and revealed them to little children;
Mat 11:26  yes, Father, for such was your gracious will.

Who is Jesus thanking? Himself? Who is Jesus saying is the “Lord of heaven and earth”? When Jesus acknowledged this about his God, why don’t you. As long as you are locked in the formula of trinity there is no scope to grow and understand verses such as these. You will make out the above prayer of Jesus is a fake.
Mat 11:27  All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.

How did Jesus get authority? In Jesus’ own words his authority was given to him. Without the Father giving him power to do miracles he is nothing. Jesus himself acknowledges this! But you won’t!
Again what is Jesus is trying to achieve:  Reveal the Father to whom the Son chooses to reveal. The Pharasies and the like could not understand God even with their extensive learning. Fundamentally they also could not see that YHWH was LOVE.
Mat 12:50  For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”
Do you know what the will of the Father in heaven is? If you know it, then do it. Seek to know the will of the Father as Jesus took it very seriously in his life and did His Father’s will in his life. Is Jesus’ Father your Father?
Mat 14:19  Then he ordered the crowds to sit down on the grass, and taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven and said a blessing. Then he broke the loaves and gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the crowds.

Jesus looked up to heaven and thanked his God. Jesus looked where? Jesus looked UP? Why? Because he acknowledged YHWH is the true provider though Jesus would do the miracle. Alas! Another fake act of Prayer by Jesus?
We can also trust that God will provide for our needs like Jesus did through this act of miracle and prayer of Jesus.
Mat 15:13  He answered, “Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be rooted up.
Mat 15:14  Let them alone; they are blind guides. And if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.”
Again: Who does Jesus call his Father?
Jesus again has an emphasis that the Father is involved in our salvation.
Mat 19:16  And behold, a man came up to him, saying, “Teacher, what good deed must I do to have eternal life?”
Mat 19:17  And he said to him, “Why do you ask me about what is good? There is only one who is good. If you would enter life, keep the commandments.”
You see Jesus says God is good! God is the source good, even for Jesus!
Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven. Therefore is the kingdom of heaven likened unto a certain king, which would take account of his servants. And when he had begun to reckon, one was brought unto him, which owed him ten thousand talents. But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made. The servant therefore fell down, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all. Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt. But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest. And his fellowservant fell down at his feet, and besought him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all. And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt. So when his fellowservants saw what was done, they were very sorry, and came and told unto their lord all that was done. Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me: Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee? And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him. So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.
(Matthew 18:21-35 KJV)
Here Jesus is teaching about HIS Father’s Forgiveness and Judgment. I.e. Jesus is teaching about HIS God’s Forgiveness and Judgment. I.e. “my heavenly Father”
What have we learned about the Father? The son has revealed to us about the Father’s perspective of mercy and judgment.
The story of Jesus is about getting us closer to His Father.
Do you see YHWH as “Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt”?
Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying, Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
(Matthew 22:35-40 KJV)
How can you love a God you do not know. Do you love Yahweh? You follow: Avoid God with all your heart, but love Jesus with all your heart? Trinity is a mystery because humans devised it. It also does not make sense because ignorant men devised it. The trinity denies you the experience of LOVE of YHWH and practice the FIRST and MOST IMPORTANT COMMAND of the BIBLE. At most you can love YHWH in the ‘person’ of Jesus. You have denied the first command!
Mat 26:29  I tell you I will not drink again of this fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.”
“My Father” and “Your Father”. Will God ever get accepted as Jesus’ as Father by Christians?
Jesus said: “MY Father’s kingdom”
Mat 26:38  Then he said to them, “My soul is very sorrowful, even to death; remain here, and watch with me.”
Mat 26:39  And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.”
Mat 26:42  Again, for the second time, he went away and prayed, “My Father, if this cannot pass unless I drink it, your will be done.”

Is Jesus praying to himself? Jesus wants to get away from the cross but submits to the will of his God? Can you see Jesus was a man with like passions? He had to, like you and me submit to the will of his Father and he said “NOT AS I WILL”.
For the trinity this a confusing prayer.
A. the prayer itself is a fake.
B. One god of the trinity and the other god of the trinity have different intentions i.e. One is struggling with the other!
As a mediator Jesus’ role was to lead man to God HIS God and your God!
